Fettuccine Alfredo¶
Ingredients¶
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 8oz package Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Milk
- 6oz Parmesan Cheese
- 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions¶
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- Add cream cheese and garlic powder (wisk that bad boy really well)
- Add milk, a little at a time while wisking
- Add parmesan cheese and pepper. Whisk until there are no more lumps (this is where your arm starts hurting)
- Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency
- Toss with hot pasta and serve.
Serves: 4
Notes¶
- If it gets cooked for too long, add milk to thin
- Recommend at least 2% milk
