Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 8oz package Cream Cheese
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 6oz Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
  2. Add cream cheese and garlic powder (wisk that bad boy really well)
  3. Add milk, a little at a time while wisking
  4. Add parmesan cheese and pepper. Whisk until there are no more lumps (this is where your arm starts hurting)
  5. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency
  6. Toss with hot pasta and serve.

Serves: 4

Notes

  • If it gets cooked for too long, add milk to thin
  • Recommend at least 2% milk
