One Egg Cake

Ingredients

* One egg.
* 1 c. flour
* 1/2 c. sugar
* pinch of salt
* 2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/2 c. milk (plus a dash)

Instructions
------------

#. Stir together all ingredients. Beat well. Pour into 8"x8" square or 8" diameter round pan.
#. Bake 15-20min at 375.

* Good with strawberries.
