Macaroni and Cheese ==================== From Jenny Wilson Ingredients ----------- * 2 cups cooked macaroni noodles * 1/4 cup butter * 1/4 cup flour * salt & pepper * 1 tsp dry mustard * 2 cups milk * 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese * 1/2 cup bread crumbs Instructions ------------ #. Melt together 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour, a dash of salt and pepper, 1 tsp dry mustard in saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. *Very* gradually add 2 c. milk while stirring. #. Stir in until melted and blended 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Reccomend increasing heat to medium. #. Pour into casserole dish with cooked macaroni. Add 1/2 c. shredded cheese to top, sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs atop as well. #. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden at 375. Serves: 4 Notes ----- * Add approx 1 c. diced ham * Mix cheddar and swiss cheeses
