Chicken Fried Rice ================== Ingredients ----------- * 2 Eggs * 2 Raw Skinless CHicken Breasts * 2 Cloves of Garlic - minced * 1 Tbsp Butter * 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil * 1 Onion - chopped * 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables * 2 cups White Rice * 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce * 2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper * Salt (to taste) Instructions ------------ #. Melt butter in small skillet #. Scramble the eggs and cook in skillet until done, leaving egg flat *(like making omlettes)* #. Remove from heat and set aside #. Put some vegetable oil in another skillet and put on medium heat #. Add a clove of garlic to the oil when hot and allow to cook for 30 seconds #. Cut raw chicken into chunks and add to oil #. Cook chicken fully and remove from heat #. In a large skillet, heat some vegetable oil and add 1 clove of garlic #. Add mixed veggies and onions and cook until mostly soft #. Add chicken, rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to skillet and mix #. Shred egg and add to skillet *(technically supposed to do this 2 min after last step but who cares)* #.
