Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp¶
Ingredients¶
- 3c sliced strawberries
- 3c. chopped rhubarb
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 tbs. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice (can be replaced by nutmeg and cloves)
- 1/3 c. butter
Instructions¶
- Spread strawberries and rhubarb along 8x8 pan, cover in honey
- Mix remaining ingredients and crumble over berries.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
