Pan Fried Asparagus¶
Ingredients¶
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Coarse Salt (Coarse Because Reasons?)
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic - minced
- 1 lb Fresh Asparagus - trimmed
Instructions¶
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat
- Add olive oil
- Add garlic and cook for about a minute
- Add asparagus and mix well into oil/butter mixture (So stuff will stick, duh)
- Add salt and pepper to skillet and mix
- Cook for 10 minutes, turning to ensure even cooking (obvi)
Serves: 2 - 4
Notes¶
- Less butter, potentially more salt
- Kinda seems like a lot of oil…
