Pan Fried Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Coarse Salt (Coarse Because Reasons?)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 lb Fresh Asparagus - trimmed

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add olive oil
  3. Add garlic and cook for about a minute
  4. Add asparagus and mix well into oil/butter mixture (So stuff will stick, duh)
  5. Add salt and pepper to skillet and mix
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, turning to ensure even cooking (obvi)

Serves: 2 - 4

Notes

  • Less butter, potentially more salt
  • Kinda seems like a lot of oil…
