Macaroni and Cheese¶

Ingredients¶
- 2 cups cooked macaroni noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Instructions¶
- Melt together 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour, a dash of salt and pepper, 1 tsp dry mustard in saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Very gradually add 2 c. milk while stirring.
- Stir in until melted and blended 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Reccomend increasing heat to medium.
- Pour into casserole dish with cooked macaroni. Add 1/2 c. shredded cheese to top, sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs atop as well.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden at 375.

Notes¶
- Add approx 1 c. diced ham
- Mix cheddar and swiss cheeses
