Honey and Soy Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 6oz pieces Salmon Filet

Instructions

  1. In a small bowel, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard, and water.
  2. In a small non stick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat until hot, but not smoking.
  3. Cook salmon 2 - 3 minutes on each side, or until golden and just cooked through.
  4. Transfer salmon to plates.
  5. Add glaze to skillet and simmer, stirring, for 1 minute.
  6. Pour glaze over salmon and serve.

Serves: Original recipe yields 2 servings
